TSD Group ensure a formal Health & Safety file is produced and maintained for your project. We do it by the book, so you are covered.

PLANNING SERVICES

TSD Group will take your ideas and compile drawings and specifications to allow for Planning Consents, Listed building consents and Building Control approvals. We will guide you through the service, and offer both fixed fee and hourly rates to suit your individual requirements.

TSD Group have experienced Construction Project Managers, whom can plan and supervise the Pre Construction Phase, and Construction Phase of your project. This includes scheduling, financial planning, contract administration, contractor liason and selection, and final handover and analysis. We make sure your plans are implemented on time and budget.

TSD Group employ a range of Professional Consultants, from Health & Safety, to designers and engineers. We have over 100years of combined experience in managing construction and refurbishment projects, and a wealth of knowledge on materials, methods, legislation and regulation.
